From the time our boats hit the docks to fresh chilled for consumption we pride ourselves in delivering the freshest product possible to our customers. Crabbing is a family affair and everyone including the kids pitch in in the evenings to help get the job done.

Claws range in sizes from medium to colossal and depending on what you are wanting to use them for we suggest that for a dinner entree 1.5 lbs. per person is adequate while if only wanting as an appetizer 1/2 - 1 lb. per person is suitable.

If wanting to use in your favorite dish it takes approximately 2.5 lbs. of crab claws to produce 1 lb. of picked claw meat. 

You may be asking "How many claws do I get for my money?! " The answer is simply it varies.

Medium: 6-7 claws per lb.

Large: 4-5 claws per lb.

Jumbo: 2-3 claws per lb.

Colossal: 1-2 claws per lb.

Once your order is placed, please allow up to 24 hours to receive shipping confirmation. All orders are packed in a Styrofoam cooler inside a cardboard box with ice packs for freshness. Local pickup is also available for Steinhatchee.
